We are now within 60-days of the decommission date and we ask that you call into the Segra Customer Solutions Center at 833.467.3472 (x2) to speak to a customer representative to help with transitioning of your TDM services.

Starting September 30, 2026, Segra will begin to turn down TDM circuits in phases that will result in service interruptions and billing stoppage. You should be aware that this process may take several weeks to months to complete.

To limit service disruption, you should consider TDM services no longer guaranteed after the September 30, 2026. Services can be removed without further notice. If you have not done so already, you should make immediate arrangements to transition these services.
