No later than September 30, 2026, the Plain Old Telephone Services (POTS) line(s) you currently subscribe to will no longer be available. All POTS lines associated with your account will be disconnected by this date. You must take appropriate steps to upgrade your services to Emulated POTS (e-POTS) as soon as possible to ensure critical systems are not compromised.

What is e-POTS, and how does it work?
